We all know that vegetables are good for us. So, why is that the whole world, refrigerators contain sad mess of box, wilting week after week vegetables?
Are we just busy Cook these days?
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, have published their behavioral study on fruit and vegetables consumption of America, and the results are quite dark.
Only 26% of American adults eat vegetables when three or more per day.
This is actually less than half of that public health officials had hoped for.
But, according to Harry Balzer, head of the NPD Group market research company analysts:
There is nothing you can say that will get people to eat more vegetables.
I do agree with Harry, but I assume that some of the key issues that hinder people, include:
